The executive plan includes a office space with an area of ​​approximately 13 m2, equipped with two desks, six chairs (two of them rotating) and two drawers. This plan includes free access to common spaces according to the rules and conditions of CEmpA internal policies and according to functional and operational matters. Reception, meeting/training room, technical area, pantry and WC's are considered common spaces.

This plan includes administrative support, namely reception and forwarding of people and messages, as well as a postal mailbox.

In this plan it is allowed to constitute a fiscal adress at CEmpA. The user's logo can be displayed on the facade/website of CEmpA and in this plan has also included 10 hours/month use of the meeting room (non-accumulative).

Other services and extras may also be subscribed to this plan. The access to the facilities has no time limitation, for this reason each user can adapt the work plan to their needs.


Terms

Among other contractual conditions set at CEmpA internal policies, the following stand out:

  • The contracts are held annually, with possible renewal for the same period of time;
  • The contracts have a binding nature. If users leaves CEmpA before contract ends, the users must pay the contract costs until the end of the period;
  • There is no time limit to stay at CEmpA;
  • Payments are made in advance on the first business day of each month. If this payment does not take place, for reasons beyond CEmpA, the user is notified and must do the payment at a maximum period of three working days;
  • As guarantee, an advance deposit corresponding to the amount to be paid monthly must be made, at the time of the first payment;
  • The cleaning of common and coworking spaces is provided by CEmpA freely;
  • CEmpA provide a cleaning service at business spaces, by appointment. This service have an associated cost;
  • Any damage caused inside CEmpA made by users, their clients or employees are user's responsibility; CEmpA can charge the damage costs to the users;
  • Constructions or renovations can only be carried out by CEmpA or with written authorization by CEmpA;

These contractual conditions does not dismiss the reading of the other conditions set out in CEmpA internal policies and available at the backoffice;

Users must agree with these and other contractual conditions established in CEmpA internal policies to get a contract with CEmpA Centro Empresarial dos Açores.

Other services and extras may also be subscribed to this plan. The access to the facilities must be made at CEmpA schedule (monday to friday, 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 18 pm).

The postal plan is constituted only by a postal mailbox and does not include access to the common spaces of CEmpA.

This plan integrates the reception and processing of post mail and, as an extra users can subscribe the scanning and forwarding of post mail service. In this plan, it is also allowed to set up a tax address at CEmpA.
